Cooking Instructions
Gradually add water while kneading the dough until smooth and soft. Add a pinch of salt to taste (Optional). Let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes to allow ingredients to absorb well. Roll out the dough evenly into round chapatis. Cook on a preheated griddle /flat pan over medium flame until golden brown on both sides. For extra flavor, brush with desi ghee after cooking. Serve hot for the best taste.
Note: For those who prefer a lighter taste, this flour can be easily balanced by blending a small amount of regular chakki atta.
