Ingredients:
Matricaria chamomilla
Prperation:
- Boil 1 cup (200–250 ml) fresh water.
- Add 1 teaspoon dried chamomile tea.
- Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the tea.
- Drink warm.
- Optional: Add honey or lemon to taste
User Instructions:
- Evening or 30 minutes before sleep
- After meals for digestion
- Daily Use
- 1–2 cups per day
