Ingredients:
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Prperation:
- Boil 1 cup (200–250 ml) water
- Add ½ to 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes
- Strain and drink warm
- Optional: Add honey or lemon
User Instructions:
- Morning or afternoon
- Avoid late night (can be mildly stimulating)
- Daily Use
- 1 cup daily (maximum 2 cups)
